Not only to meet domestic needs, but also meet the growing demand of neighboring countries, especially Iraq. In the first step, several studies on land and raw materials were carried out in order to find the exact location of the factory. Finally, this factory was built on a land area of about 100 hectares with a distance of 200 meters from the main mines. Superior product quality and environmental protection and sustainable development" from the very beginning was a policy and the way to select the required equipment and technologies became the basis for the selection of foreign and domestic suppliers in order to be able to produce and present high quality products that are worthy of our customers while preserving the environment. This factory has two identical production lines with the production capacity of each line 3500 tons of clinker per day and a total of 7,000 clinkers. And has the ability to load cement up to 10,000 tons per day in bulk and bags. The administrative operation of this project was halted in December 2007 and after 36 months of nonstop work and within the framework of the approved schedule, the first line was launched in December 2010 and in January of the same year, the second line was put into operation. Introduction of factory departments and equipment: The crusher of this factory is a hammer twin motor with a crushing capacity of 1,600 tons of raw materials per hour, which is made by the German company (TKF). The function of the storage hall is to mix the materials crushed by the crusher, whose structure is of the arched type with dimensions (528 meters long, 53.5 meters wide and 30 meters high from the center of the hall) which has a storage capacity of 120,000 tons of raw materials in 4 piles. The main equipment used in this hall includes a stacker with a capacity of 2,000 tons per hour and two scrapers (Reclaimer) with a capacity of 450 tons per hour, which is responsible for feeding the mills. The main task of material mills is the final abrasion of raw materials with the desired quality characteristics that the product enters the material silos for homogenization and storage. The mills of this factory are of the type of roller mill (Vertical Roller Mill) made by the German company Polysius, the nominal production capacity of each of which is 300 tons per hour. . baking department includes preheaters, ovens and air conditioners. The preheaters of this factory were engine cyclone with pre-calciner which after passing the cyclone and being calcined, the materials are directed into the furnaces for cooking, and finally the product of "clinker" enters the Great Cooler for cooling. It should be noted that the daily production capacity of each furnace is equivalent to 3,500 clinkers. And the length and inner diameter of each furnace are equal to 70 and 4.6 meters, respectively. It was designed by the German company Polysius and most of the equipment is made in Iran by the staff of Saman Cement Factory. . Cement Mill Department of this factory has three ball cement mills with a production capacity of 160 tons per hour, which is made by the German company Polysius. Which is responsible to integrate and final wear of clinker and gypsum and produce cement with the highest quality in terms of granulation. . Cement loading and packing silos produced by cement mills for storage and loading inside stored cement silos , That this factory has 4 cement silos with a capacity of 12,000 tons of cement per silo. 4 bulk loading lines with a capacity of 200 tons per hour and the packaging also includes 4 loading lines that are fed by 4 rotopackers made by the German company (Haver & Boecker).
