west Cement Industries Joint Stock Company was established on August 15, 1974 as a public joint stock company. And was registered in No. 437 dated 1353/5/24 in the Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office of Kermanshah. The company is recognized as subject to paragraph (c) of the Law on Protection and Development of Iranian Industries on 1358/3/13. From 2/2/1359, the elected board of directors of the National Industries Organization of Iran took over the management of its affairs. In the implementation of the vote dated 1364/9/4 issued by a five-member board subject to Article (2) of the Amendment to the Law on Protection and Development of Industries of Iran, the claims of banks were converted into capital at the beginning of 1358 and on 2/24/1365. . Subsequently, considering the announcement of the transfer of shares of Bank Sanat va Ma'dan based on the transfer of 6325010 related shares (approximately 46.81% of the total shares of the company), the proposals received on 10/19/1373 were opened and as a result Fars and Khuzestan Cement Company, according to the agreement No. 977 / Mesa dated 11/18/1373, succeeded in purchasing the said shares and on 11/23/1373, the Company Affairs Department was elected by the Board of Directors elected by the shareholders. On 8/21/1974, the shares of Gharb Cement Industries Company were admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. The company is one of the main business units of Fars and Khuzestan Cement Public Joint Stock Company. The main center is located at 15 km of Kermanshah-Hamadan road and the company office is located in Tehran, at the end of Motahhari St.-Soleiman St., due to the location of Gross Alley, No. 115. . Main activity: The subject of the company's activity according to Article 2 of the Articles of Association, creation and operation of cement factories and any kind of purchase of equipment and facilities and materials and machinery required by the factory and selling all kinds of its products and creating industries related to construction materials, especially related to cement, and any kind of authorized commercial activity related to the subject of the company and investing and participating in other companies and performing laboratory services. According to the exploitation license No. 121339 dated 26/2/1373 issued by the Kermanshah General Directorate of Industries, the operation of the company's factory with a capacity of 600,000 tons of cement began in March 1977 and the capacity increase project (from 2000 tons to 4000 tons per day) was officially inaugurated in May 2008 and on 10/30/2008, exploitation license number 12/27976 in the amount of 1.200.000 tons of cement per year has been issued by Kermanshah Industries and Mines Organization.
